The Enterprise Group (TEG) provides performance management consulting services. Key areas of focus include business modeling, decision support, business planning, governance and marketing support. The TEG colleagues are all equally experienced with at least 25 years experience in their chosen fields. All members of TEG have significant international experience. Key colleagues include Jim Hines, Jim Stegeman, Brian Delidow, Tim Dunar, Dave Leuck, Steve Ingram, Dean Rea, and Dick Juday. A brief introduction to each is provided below. Selected Colleagues: Jim Hines consults in all TEG areas with an emphasis on business modeling, profitability analysis, decision support, organizational planning and related corporate governance routines. Prior to his work with TEG Jim worked in finance / accounting (at the officer level), marketing, and marketing information systems. Jim is a CPA by background / training. Dean Rea is located off shore and consults on a variety of planning and governance matters including planning systems, high performance team management, and project management. Dean provides a unique emphasis on public sector issues. Dean is a Chartered Accountant. Steve Ingram consults on a variety of organizational governance matters including leadership development, high performance team management, conflict resolution, and strategic planning processes. Steve also consults extensively with not-for-profit management teams. Steve is a CAE. Jim Stegeman consults in all telecommunications and related high tech cost matters for internal management and regulatory issues. Jim also leads our systems design / development work. Prior to his consulting work Jim worked in finance and cost management. Jim holds an MS in Statistics. Brian Delidow consults primarily in network cost development, profitability analysis, and related business management matters. Brian work includes 15 years of domestic and international consulting across the spectrum of telecom interests. Brian has attained Ph.D. candidacy in Applied Mathematics. Tim Dunar consults primarily in marketing / customer issues, business planning processes, and corporate transformation. Prior to his consulting work, Tim worked in marketing operations, market strategy, planning, and corporate transformation management. Tim holds an MBA in Marketing. Dave Leuck consults primarily in model development, information systems, and database design. Prior to his consulting work, Dave worked in technical operations, marketing, product development, information systems, and total quality management. Dick Juday consults primarily in network cost development, profitability analysis, and regulatory matters. Prior to his consulting work, Dick worked in technical network planning, regulatory affairs, distribution, and network engineering. Dick holds an MS in Electrical Engineering.
