Learning never stops…

It may have killed a cat or two but don’t be afraid…a little (or a lot) of curiosity is a good thing. Another confession: while I was a decent student of my discipline and fairly good at mastering my craft, I’ve never really been wired up to take a deep dive into much of anything. My tendency has been to learn enough to be dangerous…and frankly, that’s not likely to change.

That said, I am enjoying more time now to explore a bit further a few interests I’ve had for quite a while. I’ve always enjoyed fishing mountain streams and hunting the trout that call them home. You’ll see some of that interest show up here from time to time.

Another significant avenue for me has been the work Springboro Tree Farms. This is my brother’s place and you can learn more about what goes on at the farm at www.springborotreefarms.com, on Facebook or on our YouTube channel. As a quick tease: think maple syrup, honey bees and apples…

…and deer hunting…another favorite adventure: Indiana white tail…with a muzzleloader. Smoke is good.

Ok – and toss in a bit of guitar for good measure. Been playing for over 50 years now…still just a strummer but still having fun with it.
